My king suite was updated and well laid out. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven were a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will be back.

Everyone we met here was really friendly. 🌟 We enjoyed the big and tasty breakfast, which made our long road trip even better. Our whole stay was top-notch and felt like a luxurious experience.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to various restaurants, stores, and the Trac Center. The rooms are nicely remodeled, spotless, and have comfy king-sized beds. The complimentary breakfast is a nice perk.

The hotel has a clean swimming pool. The location is comfy and easy, near Pasco, Washington. They have a great restaurant and are close to fields, multiple restaurants, and stores. The staff is superbly friendly. Check-in is easy. The room with 2 queen beds is nicely remodeled and updated.

The location was great, at a medium distance from Gesa Stadium. The hotel was in a good area, very close to good restaurants nearby and the fields.

The hotel is clean and is located in a nice building close to shopping and dining options in Washington and Pasco. The rooms come with fresh towels, a mini kitchen, and 2 queen beds. The pool area is nice and they offer late check-out.

The convenient location of this place makes it easy to reach the Trac Center Event Venue, while also being near fields, restaurants, stores, and shops.

The hotel was easily accessible and had clean and welcoming rooms. The amenities were well maintained and easy to find. There was plenty of parking in a well-lit lot. The staff was helpful and warm. The location was convenient, with a great restaurant and saloon nearby, as well as being near the minor league ballpark and a large events center.

I was charged 289.34 when my bookings.com reservation was for 286.85. I am trying to get help but I am not finding a phone number for bookings.com to call someone.

Breakfast variety

Pool hrs (24hrs would be awesome), credit card scanner wouldn't process my cards I already drove 4 hrs to get there to be told I had to go find a atm to get cash (no idea where that was at) also the atm had a limit on how much I could take out and because of the ridiculous $250 cash deposit I wouldn't have had enough , good thing I had more cash I took out earlier that morning I was able to pay for the actual room or I would have been completely screwed with no where to go with 19 month old twins, receptionists didn't "work with me" and still charged the incidentals on my room (as if I paid with a card!!) I left my room taken care of and got ridiculous cash deposit back the next morning. Super inconvenient. We wanted to get out of the car and checked in ASAP. It wasn't smooth at all.

The whole experience was nice. The hotel was modern, had amazing views and marvellous location close enough to good restaurants near by, the airport, and shopping options and dining options. Liked the breakfast provided, it was delicious. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, it was nicely remodeled. The great service and shuttle to airport far exceeded our expectations. We used free Wi-Fi throughout the property a lot.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was close to many restaurants and stores. It was also conveniently located near the Trac Center. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was above average. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were inconsistencies with the Wi-Fi and cable connection, causing inconvenience during the stay.
